We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged item
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Items that do not meet the above conditions — including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction — are not eligible for return or refund.
